When you make a gift to the Guardian Scholar Fund, your gift does make a difference! You help create a better tomorrow for students who have "aged out" or "emancipated" from the foster care system. The impact of your gift is felt in the every day lives of our Guardian Scholars as it helps to build and maintain a multi-faceted system of support for these very special students.
Your gift supports our mission to provide year-round housing, nourishment, and enriching activities for our students. Guardian Scholar Funds are used exclusively for student support services, including "welcome to campus" gift baskets, assistance with books and scholastic needs, participation in leadership and scholarly conferences, and support for basic material needs related to housing and food.

"As a supporter of the Guardian Scholar Fund, I feel I have made a direct impact on these students' lives. These students, through no fault of their own, found themselves in the foster care system. They are resourceful, talented students who have no safety net and need our support to succeed in their educational goals and reach their full potential.
